Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 containers (24 oz each) refrigerated mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, pecans, butter and cinnamon until blended. In large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, vanilla and 1/2 cup of the streusel mixture. Spoon sweet potato mixture into casserole; sprinkle with remaining streusel mixture.

Step3Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and streusel is crisp.
