Prep Instructions

FRENCH BREAD DIRECTIONS
HEAT oven to 350°F. GREASE cookie sheet.
STRETCH dough to about 12-14 inches long.
PLACE dough, seam side down, on cookie sheet.
CUT 4 deep diagonal slashes across top of dough using sharp knife.
BAKE 26 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. COOL 5 minutes before slicing.
ITALIAN STYLE BREAD DIRECTIONS
HEAT oven to 350°F. GREASE Nonstick loaf pan.
PLACE dough, seam side down, in loaf pan.
CUT 3 deep diagonal slashes across top of dough using sharp knife.
BAKE 28 to 32 minutes or until deep golden brown. COOL 5 minutes before slicing.
TIP: Egg Wash for Bread: Mix 1 egg and 1 Tbsp water. Brush on top of dough before baking.
